OUR HISTORY

The Pony Club Association of Victoria was formed in January 1954,
with a membership of seven affiliated clubs.

The affairs of PCV have been administered from the PCV state office since May 1974. A property in Brighton was purchased with the assistance of the member clubs and was wholly owned by the PCV from 1976 until 2008.

At this time, it was sold and the current office in Mulgrave was purchased.

The state office is named “Irving House” as a tribute to PCV Life Member, Miss Kay Irving MBE, who was Chief Instructor of PCV from 1958 – 1983.

PCV is affiliated with Pony Club Australia (PCA).

The association was incorporated under the Victorian Associations Incorporation Act (the Act) on 26 May 1987.

Stay tuned, we will be updating this page as more information comes to hand.
