A series of amendments to both the Pony Club Victoria (PCV) Bylaws, and some Discipline Specific Rulebooks, have been approved and will take effect from 1 March 2023.

The full Handbook of Bylaws is still available in the Rules Hub for you to refer to Rules 1-7 and 9-12.  Please note, these rules may be superseded by the PCV Rules of Incorporation.  As last year, Rule 8 and Rules 13-43 can be found as separate documents.

Rule 8 is in reference to the Working with Children Check, and no changes have been made this year, as it remains compliant with the Victorian Child Safe Standards, the National Integrity Framework and the PCV Child Safe Policy.  Rule 8 can still be found here.

Three disciplines have had amendments made to their Rulebooks, namely Dressage, Horse Trials and Showjumping.
