Minimum Medical Standards

Minimum Medical Standards

Pony Club Australia’s new minimum medical standards will begin on 1 July 2022.  The standards have mandated and recommended first aid requirements for all PCV club activities, including rallies, clinics, camps and competitions.

PCV understands the new requirements may cause some concern and is looking at ways to support all clubs to meet the mandatory medical standards.  The Board is exploring a levy to help fund certain medical requirements and provide advanced first aid training to increase the level of expertise amongst our volunteer base.  PCV is waiting on further information from PCA before we can provide full details to our members, clubs and zones.

Below is a list of licensed first aid providers, and you will find the latest medical standards here.  We will provide a further update as soon as possible.

Thank you for being so understanding.
