ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
Please join us Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 7pm via zoom (register HERE) for the Pony Club Victoria Annual General Meeting.
Pony Club Victoria is inviting members to the Annual General Meeting to reflect on the 2020/2021 financial year, performance outcomes and challenges, and our outlook for the year ahead.
The meeting is being held online and streamed live, in recognition of the continued uncertainty of COVID-19, and to make it as easy as possible for members to attend, hear from the Pony Club Victoria Board and to ask questions.
As well as the General Meeting business, the Pony Club Victoria 2021 Awards will be presented.
We encourage you to submit any existing questions you have when you register for the event, and questions will also be welcome from the floor. We recognise evening meetings can make timing tight, so commit to running a follow up forum if we run out of time.
As per our Rules of Incorporation, one of our four elected director positions will become vacant. The position being vacated is that held by Greg Mason. Individual members are encouraged to consider standing for election for this important role.
