A unique opportunity has arisen within the Pony Club Victoria state office to help make a difference for Pony Club Victoria clubs and members.
The newly created position of Sport Development Officer will be required to work with members and member clubs to contribute to the development and management of programs to ensure the continued development and success of PCV member clubs, riders and coaches into the future, and to provide services to members.
This is a part time 22.8 hrs per week project based position, with two key projects to be managed initially: The Club Connect project to develop and provide support and resources for member clubs, and Membership Renewal project that will research and provide solutions for retaining and attracting members. This position will also provide administrative and club support, and website and communications support to the Communications Manager. At this stage a contract will be offered until April, with a strong possibility to extend depending on performance and continuing need.
Though not essential the Sport Development officer position will suit someone who has a degree with a Sport and Recreation focus, and has experience with Pony Club.
Initially this will be a work from home position however once we are able to, work will be based from our Mulgrave office, with the ability to be flexible to work from home
