Day Attendance

Before Riding at an activity or competition: A Day Attendance form must be signed by everyone, including pony club members, who are participating in an open section of a competition or activity.
PLEASE NOTE FEE RISE FROM $5 TO $10 ON THE FIRST OF JULY 2011 The PCAV insurer requires it as part of the public liability arrangements. This PCAV Rule apears under Bylaw 29. Also, the PCAV insurance policy specifically states that anyone not following PCAV rules may be left uninsured. Don't be caught short. Get the form signed, collect the fee and send it to PCAV. After the competition, the Remittance Form* and the fees must be submitted to the PCAV State Office within 7 days.
*If there are a large number of competitors, a printed Excel list with Rider Name, Address, DOB and Phone contact will be sufficient, just make sure that the Club, Event Name and Date are in the heading.

A $10 fee must be paid by any open section participant who is unable to present a current pony club member card on the day of competition or activity to the event secretary. The form must be kept by the Club and a Summary of the names and fee collected must be sent to PCAV. If you have a large number of names an Excel
These rules apply to any competition or activity hosted/organised by any PCAV pony club. This is also required for any EA and HRCAV members riding in competitions organised/hosted by a PCAV pony club.
