PCAV Attendance Card for Squads/Clinics

This card is to record qualifying attendance for your horse in accordance with rule 19.3b (stated on card)

The types of Squads or Clinics that you may choose to use it for are, State/Zone Rider Clinics; Development Squads such as those run in East Gipplsand Zone or for Games.

To help your Club Card Secretary/District Commissioner - Please make sure that this is properly filled in - these Club officials need to be able to verify these attendances to officials organizing competitions, and they need the information to be complete and legible. This card was made up to help you document the necessary Attendance qualifications - be fair and make sure that it is properly completed. Thanks!
