2013 -2014
Final Due Date: 30th May 2013 (or preferably earlier) -
Please be aware that the current year insurance runs, of course until 30 June. However, as we cannot turn around our bulk membership in a week or two, we need to bring forward the Membership (Strength) return due date in order to process these memberships, their payments and get the new year grading cards out in a timely fashion - to the Club Officials who then need to fill out the members horse, grading and rally details. This is why we have the earlier date for returns.
If your Club needs longer to do these Returns, PLEASE contact the PCAV Office and let us know - an email is fine. And do not forget - we are here to help you, and there is no such thing as a silly question.
If a Riding member is late paying, they will still be processed asap; but we cannot guarantee that they will have their Grading Card in time should they need it for a competition.
PCAV Club Members Fees are not refundable or transferable. Please DO NOT put any Riding member on the Membership Return who has not paid the Club their PCAV payment
And the current By Laws state that the Strength Return MUST be paid before the grading cards can be sent out, after this the office will go back to posting out your cards with a 30 day invoice

There is no charge for Adult Supporters including Club Life Members. But they are still tagged as 'Financial' on the database - in this case, it just means they are active in your Club.
Riders Certificates should be emailed to Vicki @ membership@ponyclubvic.org.au asap in order to get these printed on the new grading cards. If you are doing a 'Paper' return just note them on the Membership summary posted to Secretaries.
If you are running out of time, submit any riders who have paid you even if it is only a few of your members. This will be called your Strength Return and then later payers can be submitted in a later batch.
Why will the office not send our cards?
Clubs must have done the following to receive their cards:
- Updated members on-line or by mail
- Paid for the Strength return
- Paid all outstanding invoices owed to the PCAV (this often trips Clubs up - please Treasurers - contact Diana, the PCAV bookeeper for an accurate statement, or invoice details - accounts@ponyclubvic.org.au)
- Completed the PCAV Club Application for Membership and paid the Club Renewal fee ($20 or $50).
- Sent in the AON Insurance Compliance Form
