PCAV Efficiency Certificate Forms

D and D Star Certificates are assessed in clubs, using the PCAV D and D* Manuals as a guide and workbook.

C is assessed at Zone Level, applications must be made to the Zone that the club is a member of. Each Zone has their own application form for this.

C star, K  Certificates are organized by the Zone Examining Secretaries, and assessed at Zone level by the Zone Chief Instructor. Applications must be made to the Zone Examining Secretary and they inform the PCAV State Coaching Director of applicants, twice yearly.

B, H and A Certificates are assessed at State level, twice yearly.
