Nomination Forms for Zone Chief Instructor, Zone Examining Secretary, Zone Deputy Chief Instructors and Zone Assistants
The Zone Chief Instructor:
Works with the Coaching Director of PCAV to facilitate courses and clinics for coaching, efficiency test examiners and riders certificates, following the requirements of the PCA Syllabus of Instruction and PCAV Rules and Policies. The ZCI also heads their Zone DCI and ZA Panel.
The Zone appoints it's Chief Instructor in June annually. The zone executive must approve the nomination, which the state council ratifies at its first meeting in the financial year.

Zone DCI and ZA Panel
Zone DCI & ZA Panels are a sub-committee of the zone. There must be a minimum of two meetings a year.
This Panel arranges visits to each club in the Zone by a member of their panel at least annually. They are a resource for Instructors and judges, encourage and promote junior instructors, judges and certificate examiners, assist the Zone Chief Instructor with courses, clinics and certificate testing.
Deputy Chief Instructors (DCI):
DCIs are appointed in June annually by their Zone, for a three year term. Nominations are submitted to PCAV on the official Nomination form (below). DCIs must have worked as a Zone Assistant for a minimum of one year to be eligible, and attend at least two update activities in a three year period. The Zone executive must approve the application which then goes to the Chief Instructors Panel for ratification.
Zone Assistant (ZA):
ZAs are appointed in June annually by their Zone, for a three year term. Nominations are submitted to PCAV on the official Nomination form.To be eligible a ZA nominee must have a good working knowledge of PCAV structure and policies and be ready to carry out the duties of a ZA, and attend at least two update activities in a three year period.

Zone Examining Secretary (ZES):
The term of office for a ZES is one year. The ZES may be reappointed. Each zone appoints their Examining Secretary at it's AGM. The ZES is responsible for all matter relating to the organisation and registration of effiency test within the Zone.
